目前我们在评价大学生的能量摄取情况时,一般是以成人中等体力劳动者热能供给量标准为依据。这个标准对于不同类型的大学生是否都合理,值得探讨。我们从医学院校这一角度出发,于1987年5月对沈阳市某医学院校1528名学生进行了为期5天的膳食调查。同时选择30名有代表性的学生进行了2天的能量消耗量调查。为确定一个大学生合理的供给量标准提供一定的科学依据。
At present, we assess the energy intake of college students, generally based on the amount of heat energy supply of adult manual workers as the basis. Whether this standard is reasonable for different types of college students is worth discussing. From a medical school perspective, we conducted a five-day dietary survey of 1,528 students at a medical school in Shenyang in May 1987. At the same time, 30 representative students were selected to conduct a 2-day energy consumption survey.
