从知识转移双方信任关系的视角,探讨信任对知识转移的促进作用,并且利用结构方程模型对其进行实证检验。结果显示,除利益认知信任外,能力认知信任、行为认知信任及情感信任均对双方的知识转移意愿产生直接影响,共识认知信任及制度认知信任对知识提供方的转移意愿产生直接影响。除此之外,双方沟通交流、知识地图及基础设施和制度在信任与双方知识转移容易性之间起到中介作用。该结论对于正确理解信任对知识转移的促进作用具有重要意义。
From the perspective of the trust relationship between both parties, this paper explores the promotion effect of trust on knowledge transfer, and empirically tests it by using structural equation model. The results show that ability cognition trust, behavior cognition trust and emotional trust all have a direct impact on the willingness of knowledge transfer of both parties except for the benefit cognition trust. The consensus cognition trust and the system cognition trust have the willingness to transfer to the knowledge providers direct impact. In addition, communication and exchange between the two sides, knowledge maps and infrastructure and systems play an intermediary role between trust and the ease of knowledge transfer between the two parties. This conclusion is of great significance for the correct understanding of the promotion of trust on knowledge transfer.
