采用CAD技术及有限元法对发动机气缸盖中的一种典型结构──螺柱孔壁结构进行了研究,分析了结构参数对该结构工作时应力和变形的影响规律。通过一项假设,建立了在螺柱孔壁一顶板之间倒圆处的最大应力以及在高度方向的最大位移的经验公式。对照有限元计算结果,对经验公式进行了验证。为保证结果的可靠性,进行了计算误差定性分析。有限元模型的建立及其计算采用SDRC公司的I-DEASTM软件。
A typical structure of the cylinder head of the engine - stud hole wall structure was studied by using CAD technology and finite element method. The influence of structure parameters on the stress and deformation of the structure was analyzed. Based on an assumption, an empirical formula was established for the maximum stress at the corner of the stud wall and the maximum displacement in the height direction. The empirical formula is validated against the finite element calculation results. In order to ensure the reliability of the result, qualitative analysis of calculation error was carried out. The establishment of finite element model and its calculation using SDRC’s I-DEASTM software.
