在临床护理工作中,护理人员由于个体上存在思维判断能力、业务技术水平、临床经验和道德水平等方面的差异,因而出现护理上的缺陷和失误。这些失误不仅给患者造成痛苦和损失,也给医疗单位造成不良的社会影响。因此,积极预防和避免护理工作中的失误,减少纠纷,是提高医疗护理质量
In clinical nursing, nursing staff due to the existence of individual thinking ability to judge, business skills, clinical experience and moral level differences, resulting in nursing defects and mistakes. These mistakes not only cause pain and loss to the patients, but also cause adverse social impact on the medical units.
