去年下半年,召开了两个全国性的咨询研究工作的重要会议。一个是全国软科学研究工作座谈会,万里同志在讲话中把决策民主化科学化提到政治体制改革重要课题的高度,强调了加强软科学研究的重要性和迫切性。一个是全国政策咨询研究工作座谈会,马洪同志在会上提出了为实现决策民主化科学化,就要使我们咨询研究工作本身民主化科学化的要求。学习了万里同志、马洪同志的讲话和这两个会议的精神,结合回顾我们自己三年来工作的实践,我们觉得有下面三个问题需要加深认识,把我们对咨询研究工作的认识提到一个新的高度。
In the second half of last year, two major national conferences on advisory research were held. One is the national symposium on soft science research work. In his speech, Comrade Wanli democratized the decision-making process to the important issue of political restructuring and emphasized the importance and urgency of strengthening soft science research. One is the forum for the consultation and study of national policies. At the meeting, Comrade Ma Hong proposed that in order to democratize decision-making, we must make our consultation and democratization of scientific research work itself.
