近年来,我们对幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)相关性慢性胃炎病人38例,经用CBS加MTZ及CBS加FUR治疗,旨在探讨以上药物疗效和进一步证实HP与慢性胃炎的关系。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组38例,男16例,女22例,年龄20～74岁,平均年龄48岁。45岁以上25例,44岁以下13例,住院24例,门诊14例。 1.2 临床症状及表现:上腹痛34例,上腹不适30例,上腹胀痛24例,嗳气12例,返酸10例,纳差12例。38例病人均经胃镜检查确诊为HP相关性
In recent years, we have H.pylori (HP) -related chronic gastritis in 38 patients, with CBS plus MTZ and CBS plus FUR treatment, to explore the above drug efficacy and further confirmed HP and chronic gastritis. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: The group of 38 patients, 16 males and 22 females, aged 20 to 74 years, mean age 48 years. 25 cases were over 45 years old, 13 cases were below 44 years old, 24 cases were hospitalized and 14 cases were outpatient. 1.2 Clinical symptoms and manifestations: 34 cases of upper abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort in 30 cases, 24 cases of abdominal pain, belching 12 cases, 10 cases of acid reflux, anorexia in 12 cases.
