在传统课堂教学中,学生处于被动学习的地位,课堂低效。吕叔湘先生曾撰文指出,语文教学存在着“少慢差费”的严重弊端,直接切中要害。课堂教学中,师生之间应该是平等对话的关系,学生的主体地位应该越来越突出,而教师则应该成为教学活动的组织者、引导者、咨询者和促进者。在探索过程中,逐步发现“学科小组合作”教学是比较有效的途径之一。
In the traditional classroom teaching, students are in the passive learning position, the classroom inefficient. Mr. Lv Shuxiang once pointed out that there are serious shortcomings in teaching Chinese, such as “less difference in fees and charges”, and directly cut the key. Classroom teaching, teachers and students should be the relationship between equal dialogue, the student’s dominant position should be more and more prominent, and teachers should become teaching organizers, guides, consultants and facilitators. In the process of exploration, we gradually find that “cooperation of subject groups” teaching is one of the more effective ways.
