采用X射线衍射仪,物理化学相分析方法测定3Cr2W8V模具钢在1250℃奥氏体化后油淬、并经不同温度回火的残余奥氏体含量和第二相的含量以及采用高温显微镜测定钢的常温硬度和高温硬度,研究了残余奥氏体和第二相的含量与3Cr2W8V的组织性能之间的关系。
X-ray diffraction and physical-chemical analysis were used to determine the residual austenite content and secondary phase content of 3Cr2W8V mold steel after austenitizing at 1250 ℃ and the tempering at different temperatures. The relationship between the content of retained austenite and the second phase and the microstructure and properties of 3Cr2W8V was studied.
