近些年,虽然成立了一大批培养技能型人才的高职院校,但其教学方式偏重于知识传授,而忽视技能培养。另一种培养高技能型人才的方式是企业技能培训。但企业在选择培训项目时,往往偏重员工知识的提高,甚至片面追求证书和学历,忽视技能培训,结果导致投资不少,但生产效率仍未如期提高。有些培训机构在技能培训上花费时间和精力很多,但由于没有掌握技能形成的正确方法,期望经过培训技能得到提高的目标也流于形式。为此,我们带着问题到武钢股份公司冷轧厂进行了调研。
In recent years, although a large number of vocational colleges have been set up to train skilled personnel, their teaching methods have focused on imparting knowledge while neglecting skills development. Another way to develop highly skilled talent is through corporate skills training. However, in selecting training programs, enterprises tend to emphasize the improvement of staff knowledge, and even pursue one-sided pursuit of certificates and qualifications, neglecting skills training. As a result, many investments have been made but production efficiency has not yet been raised as scheduled. Some training institutions spend a great deal of time and energy on skills training, but without the right way to develop skills, the expectation is that the goal of improving training skills will come to the fore. To this end, we took the matter to WISCO Cold Rolling Mill for research.
