目的分析在重度颅脑损伤治疗中,脉搏指示连续心输出量(PICCO)血流动力学监测的作用。方法选取我院2014年12月至2015年12月收治重度颅脑损伤的50例患者,随机分为两组,对照组和研究组,对照组为普通监测组,研究组采用PICCO监测配合无创颅内压监测组。对两组血流动力学指标、临床治疗效果和住院时间进行监测和观察,对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果两组患者的血流动力学指标、临床治疗效果和住院时间,研究组各项均优于对照组。结论 PICCO可以准确监测患者的血流动力学状态,结合无创颅内压监测,对重度颅脑损伤、颅高压病人救治具有较好的指导作用,且操作简单,可靠性、安全性高,可以明显改善患者早中期预后。
Objective To analyze the effect of pulse-based continuous cardiac output (PICCO) hemodynamic monitoring in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Fifty patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and study group. The control group was normal monitoring group. The study group was treated with PICCO Internal pressure monitoring group. The two groups of hemodynamic indicators, clinical treatment and hospital stay were monitored and observed, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The hemodynamics, clinical outcomes and hospital stay of the two groups were better than those of the control group. Conclusion PICCO can accurately monitor the patient’s hemodynamic status, combined with non-invasive monitoring of intracranial pressure, for severe craniocerebral injury, patients with intracranial hypertension treatment has a good guiding role, and simple, reliable, safe, and can be significantly Improve early and mid-term prognosis of patients.
