本文认为,由于上市公司和与投资者之间的信息不对称,存在委托代理问题,通过实施良好的投资者关系管理,可以减少上市公司与投资者之间的信息不对称,进而完善公司治理结构,提升公司价值。而完善运行良好的信息披露制度是上市公司投资者关系管理的核心所在。
This paper argues that due to the asymmetric information between listed companies and investors, there is the problem of principal-agent problem. By implementing sound investor relations management, information asymmetry between listed companies and investors can be reduced and the corporate governance structure can be improved , Enhance the company’s value. Improving the well-functioning information disclosure system is the core of investor relations management in listed companies.
