大学生心理健康教育是新时期高校思想政治工作的一个重要组成部分。如何有效地实施心理健康教育,及时发现和化解大学生中已存在的心理危机?是当前高校开展稳定工作中面临的一个难题。由三级中心、三种心理危机预警渠道和三层心理危机干预措施构成的大学生心理危机预警及干预机制具有较强的可操作性、深入性和实效性,能真正有效地预防和化解大学生的心理危机。
