肺癌是常见的肺部原发性恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率均高居我国恶性肿瘤的首位。治疗手段包括手术、化疗和放疗等。近年随着放疗技术的不断进步,以及放射增敏剂、基因治疗、靶向治疗、同步放化疗等的发展,放疗已成为肺癌局部控制的重要手段,尤其是立体定向放射治疗(SBRT)。研究表明,早期的非小细胞肺癌行SBRT治疗能够取得与手术治疗相当的局部控制率和生存率,且并发症少。然而,放疗如同一把双刃剑,在杀灭、抑制肿瘤细胞的同时,也会对人体的正常组织产生毒副作用。
Lung cancer is a common primary lung cancer, its morbidity and mortality are highest in China’s first place of malignant tumors. Treatment includes surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In recent years, radiotherapy has become an important means of local control of lung cancer, especially stereotactic radiotherapy (SBRT), with the continuous progress of radiotherapy and the development of radiosensitizers, gene therapy, targeted therapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Studies have shown that SBRT in early stage of non-small cell lung cancer can achieve the same local control rate and survival rate as surgery, with less complications. However, radiotherapy, like a double-edged sword, can kill and suppress tumor cells and cause toxic and side effects on normal human tissues.
