使用Pro CAST软件对7075铝合金及4.5%Ti B2/7075复合材料流变压铸过程进行数值模拟,对充型过程进行分析,研究了Ti B2颗粒、模具温度及浇注温度对铸件孔隙率的影响。结果表明,流变铸造充型过程相比液态铸造更为平稳,4.5%Ti B2/7075半固态浆料粘度低于7075,使得4.5%Ti B2/7075复合材料轮毂孔隙率略低于7075铝合金轮毂。轮毂孔隙率随模具温度降低而增大;随浇注温度降低最大热裂指数减小而孔隙率变化较小。
Pro CAST software was used to simulate the rheological die-casting process of 7075 aluminum alloy and 4.5% Ti B2 / 7075 composites. The filling process was analyzed. The effects of TiB2 particles, mold temperature and casting temperature on the porosity of castings were investigated. The results show that the filling process of the rheological casting is smoother than that of the liquid casting. The viscosity of the 4.5% Ti B2 / 7075 semi-solid slurry is lower than 7075, making the porosity of the 4.5% Ti B2 / 7075 composite wheel slightly less than that of the 7075 aluminum alloy Wheel. The porosity of the hub increases with the decrease of the mold temperature. With the decrease of the pouring temperature, the maximum thermal cracking index decreases while the porosity changes little.
