蒋××,男,28岁,农民,常山县人.患者因头昏、头痛、发热、背部疼痛和尿少5天入院.5天来共小便3次,每次尿量约400ml,伴呕吐黄绿色胃内容物3～4次.当地卫生院拟诊“流脑”,经治疗无效,于1979年4月22日入院.入院时有酒醉面容、结膜充血、咽及软颚部有针尖样出血点,左侧腋下皮肤有抓痕样和散在性针尖样出血点. 体检:神志清楚.体温38.7℃.血压100/70mmHg.心率80次/分,律齐.肺部无殊.腹围71cm,腹部平坦、软、无压痛及肌卫.肝脾未触及.肾区无叩击痛.颈软,神经系统检查无殊.
