针对当前我国外贸发展中面临的外需萎缩、企业经营压力加大等问题,国务院常务会议2012年9月12日讨论通过《关于促进外贸稳定增长的若干意见》,明确提出加快出口退税进度、扩大融资规模等8项政策措施,为下一步稳住我国外贸发展势头提供了坚强的政策支撑,也向广大外贸企业释放出积极信号。
