决明降脂片是由决明子、茵陈、何首乌、桑寄生、维生素C、维生B2、烟酸七味药组成,具有降血脂,降血清胆固醇作用。用于冠心病或慢性肝炎所引起的高脂血症、血清胆固醇增高症。标准中无定量检测项目,为了更合理地对本品进行质量控制,本文参考《中国药典》2015版一部决明子中大黄酚和橙黄决明素的含量测定,建立测定决明降脂片中大黄酚和橙黄决明素的HPLC法。
