目的研究Nogo_A阳性神经元在正常成年大鼠脑内的分布。方法免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)。结果Nogo_A在正常大鼠脑内的神经元和纤维有广泛的表达,出现在许多核团,主要在1.前脑的大脑皮质、嗅觉系统、海马、隔区、基底神经节、丘脑、下丘脑和视前区等部位;2.脑干的视听觉、体躯感觉、内脏觉核团、运动核团以及网状结构等;3.小脑Purkinje细胞和深核。阳性反应物主要见于神经元的胞浆和突起内,在脑室系统的嗅球室管膜、侧脑室和第三脑室部分室管膜细胞及其突起内也有表达。结论Nogo-A在脑内神经元的广泛存在提示其在正常状态下的脑功能中可能起重要作用。
Objective To study the distribution of Nogo_A positive neurons in normal adult rat brain. Methods Immunohistochemistry (ABC method). Results Nogo_A expressed extensively in neurons and fibers in normal rat brain and appeared in many nuclei, mainly in the cerebral cortex, olfactory system, hippocampus, septum, basal ganglia, thalamus, hypothalamus And visual areas and other parts; 2. Brainstem auditory and visual sense, body feeling, visceral nuclei, motor nuclei and network structure; 3. Cerebellum Purkinje cells and the deep nucleus. Positive reactants mainly found in the neurons of the cytoplasm and protuberance in the ventricular system of the olfactory bulb ependymoma, lateral ventricle and third ventricle part of ependymal cells and their protrusions are also expressed. Conclusion The widespread presence of neuronal Nogo-A in the brain suggests that it may play an important role in the brain function under normal conditions.
