自铁饼被列为正式比赛项目以来,在技术方面不断地发展演变,先后经历了原地投技术、侧向上步投技术、侧向旋转投技术和背向旋转投技术,在背向旋转投技术方面又出现了波浪式、踏跳式和背饼式等动作。从铁饼技术的演变过程中我们不难看出铁饼技术是一项比较复杂的投掷技术,因而在铁饼训练方面就有许多值得斟酌和探讨的东西。我们知道影响铁饼投掷成绩的因素有许多,但最主要的因素是器械出手时的初速度和出手角度。

From the evolution of discus technology, we can easily see that discus technology is a relatively complicated throwing technique, so there are many things worth considering and discussing in discus training. We know there are many factors that affect the throwing performance of discus, but the most important factor is the initial speed and the angle of shot when shot.
