青少年正处于人生发展的关键期,因其生理、心理原因和认知规律的限制,以及家庭、社会教育存在的诸多现实问题,其自身生活习惯、行为习惯、学习习惯以及价值观的形成面临重大挑战。当学生出现问题时便往往束手无策,已不能适应教育发展和学生发展的新需求。这种变化与我们一线教育工作者的传统观念形成强烈落差,引发了我们对学生教育管理制度的思考和对新的教育价值观的深刻认识。本文对当前学校面临的管理问题进行了梳理和分析并提出了学生教育管理制度的具体实施策略和办法。
Adolescents are at a critical stage of their development and are facing major challenges in shaping their own habits, behaviors, learning habits and values because of their physical, psychological and cognitive limitations, as well as many practical problems in family and social education . When students have problems, they often do nothing and can no longer meet the new needs of education development and student development. This change forms a strong gap with the traditional concepts of our front-line educators, triggering our thinking on the student education management system and our deep understanding of new educational values. This paper sorts out and analyzes the current management problems faced by schools and puts forward specific implementation strategies and approaches for the student education management system.
