蔬菜生长期短,有些播种二、三十天便可收获上市。因此,下面这三类农药禁止在蔬菜上使用。一是有机氯制剂。这类农药主要是滴滴涕、六六六和氯丹等。滴滴涕虽然毒性较低,但由于其毒性稳定,在生物体内及土壤内不容易分解,如果人们经常食用施用这种农药的蔬菜,其残毒在人体不断积聚,很容易造成慢性中毒。二是有机汞制剂。这类农药也不能施用在蔬菜上,如象西力生、赛力散、升汞等。
Vegetable growth period is short, some sowing two or three days can harvest market. Therefore, the following three types of pesticides are banned on vegetables. First, organic chlorine preparations. Such pesticides are mainly DDT, BHC and chlordane. Although its toxicity is low, DDT is not easily decomposed in vivo and in the soil due to its toxicity. If it is often consumed by vegetables that are administered with such pesticides, its residual accumulates in the body and can easily cause chronic poisoning. Second, organic mercury preparations. Such pesticides can not be applied to vegetables, such as Xi Lisheng, salerley, mercuric chloride and so on.
