合作学习被人们誉为“近十几年来最重要和最成功的教学改革”。在新课程推进实施,在英语教学所倡导的任务型教学途径的背景下,组织有效的英语小组合作活动有着十分积极的意义。大多数研究表明,合作学习既有利于学生的学业学习,也有利于其社会性发展。然而,在实践过程中,小组合作也存在着一些问题。针对问题,提出几点建议:首先,有针对性地设计活动形式,并根据话题灵活多样地组织学生实施合作学习。其次,根据具体的合作目标、合作内容及学生的兴趣特点及实际情况,组织形式多样的小组合作。再次,合作需要适时适度的管理与监控。最后,合理使用评价体系。
Cooperative learning has been praised as “the most important and successful teaching reform in more than a decade.” In the new curriculum to promote the implementation of English teaching in the context of the mission-oriented teaching in the background, the organization of effective English team cooperation activities have a very positive significance. Most studies show that cooperative learning is not only beneficial to students’ academic study, but also conducive to their social development. However, in practice, there are some problems with group cooperation. In view of the problem, I put forward some suggestions: First, the design of activities in a targeted manner, and according to the topic of flexible and diverse organization of students to implement cooperative learning. Second, according to the specific objectives of cooperation, the content of cooperation and the interest characteristics of students and the actual situation, organize various forms of group cooperation. Once again, cooperation requires timely and appropriate management and monitoring. Finally, the rational use of evaluation system.
