本文采用剂量患病率寿命表法,分析了包头铝厂电解车间含铝粉尘与铝尘肺的剂量-反应关系。推算出其曲线回归方程为:P=1/(1+EXP(7.9363-0.0109D)),得出该类粉尘容许浓度估计值为10mg/m~3左右。设想有10000名新工人同时开始接尘,当接尘量达723mg·year时,患病率为42.40%。
In this paper, the dose-rate life table method was used to analyze the dose-response relationship between aluminum dust and aluminum pneumoconiosis in the electrolytic workshop of Baotou Aluminum Plant. The regression equation of the curve is deduced as follows: P = 1 / (1 + EXP (7.9363-0.0109D)). The estimated allowable concentration of this kind of dust is 10mg / m ~ 3. Imagine that 10,000 new workers started dusting at the same time, and the prevalence was 42.40% when the amount of dust was 723mg · year.
