日前,中共中央政治局委员,上海市委书记黄菊宣布,经中央批准,上海将率先进行建立现代企业制度的试点工作,并以此作为上海未来三年工作的重头戏。为了配合这一重要决策,本刊拟以95年第1期起以“现代企业制度面面观”为题,发衣一组文章,本期发表的“建立现代企业制度是历史的必然”一文为开篇,另一篇是四川弘道经理学院院长石柱成的“现代企业制度与企业家素质”。请读者注意并欢迎来稿共同参与讨论。
Recently, Huang Ju, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, announced that with the approval of the Central Government, Shanghai will take the lead in carrying out the pilot work of establishing a modern enterprise system and take this as the highlight of Shanghai’s work in the next three years. In order to tie in with this important decision, the journal intends to start with the first issue of 95 years with the theme of “a view of the modern enterprise system.” A group of articles will be published.
