本文通过参麦冲剂对小白鼠抗应激作用、免疫作用及对血糖影响的药理作用的研究，表明：参麦冲剂能够延长小鼠游泳时间，延长小鼠戊巴比妥睡眠时间；增加幼龄小鼠免疫器官重量，提高机体单核吞噬细胞和吞噬能力，增加机体溶血含量，对环磷酰胺所致小鼠外周白细胞减少有明显保护作用，并具有降低高血糖小鼠血糖的作用。
In this paper, the research on the anti-stress effect, immune effect and the pharmacological effects on blood glucose of mice in Shenmai Granules showed that: Shenmai Granule can prolong the swimming time of mice and prolong the sleep time of mice’s pentobarbital; increase the young age. The weight of immune organs in mice increased the mononuclear phagocytic cells and phagocytosis ability of the body, and increased the hemolytic content of the body. It had a significant protective effect on peripheral leukopenia in mice induced by cyclophosphamide and had the effect of lowering blood glucose in hyperglycemic mice.
