目的:为了开发锁阳药用资源,并为临床用药和质量控制提供科学依据。方法:利用化学和光谱方法对锁阳的化学成分进行了研究;采用小鼠甲基红排便实验和小鼠氢化考的松肾阳虚动物模型对锁阳不同提取部位进行了润肠通便和补肾阳的药理活性研究。结果和结论:从锁阳的肉质茎中分离得到12个化合物,鉴定了其中7个化合物:β谷甾醇、棕榈酸、熊果酸、胡萝卜甙、(-)儿茶素、柑桔素4′O吡喃葡萄糖甙、琥珀酸,其中(-)儿茶素和琥珀酸为首次从锁阳中分离得到;药理结果表明锁阳各提取部位均有较明显的润肠通便和补肾阳作用。
Objective: To develop Cynomorium medicinal resources and provide scientific basis for clinical drug use and quality control. Methods: The chemical constituents of Cynomorium yangensis were studied by chemical and spectroscopic methods. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Twelve compounds were isolated from the succulent stalks of Cynomorium and 7 of them were identified: β-sitosterol, palmitic acid, ursolic acid, carrot saponin, (-) catechin, and citrus 4′-O-glucopyranoside, succinic acid, of which (-) catechin and succinic acid were isolated from Cynomorium for the first time; pharmacological results showed that the extraction sites of Cynomorium were more obvious Will and kidney yang effect.
