中国水仙用双鳞片切块繁殖法,一个切块可形成1~3个小鳞茎。小鳞茎发生于切块的两鳞片之间或外侧的茎盘上。组织学观察表明,培养前双鳞片切块基部内茎盘表层组织,除细胞略小外,与周围组织并无明显的细胞学差异。经培养后,双鳞片切块基部内、外侧茎盘组织的薄壁细胞,都能发生脱分化现象,通过细胞分裂而突起,形成1~2个腋芽原基。说明小鳞茎的形成是通过切割的创伤刺激,诱导形成的腋芽原基发展而来的,并非该处原来存在的腋芽原基。切块所带的鳞片是小鳞茎形成的营养基础,鳞片的大小和数目对小鳞茎的形成有明显的影响。不定根发生于切块或小鳞茎的茎盘上。有的小鳞茎在袋装培养中就发生1~3条不定根和1~2片绿叶。生根的小鳞茎容易移栽成苗,已生根、萌叶的小鳞茎移栽到花盆土壤中生长良好。
