彭少逸,江苏溧阳人,物理化学家,新中国催化和色谱领域的开拓者之一.彭先生,1917年11月9日出生于湖北武昌,1934年毕业于湖北武昌省立高级中学,1939年8月毕业于武汉大学化学系,1942年2月至1946年7月任资源委员会重庆动力油料厂副研究员,1946年8月至1947年6月任资源委员会上海中央化工厂副工程师,1947年7月至1949年2月在美国通用染料公司、Atlas Powder公司留学,1949年至1951
Peng Shaoyi, Liyang, Jiangsu Province, physical chemist, a pioneer in the field of catalysis and chromatography in New China .Peng was born on November 9, 1917 in Wuchang, Hubei Province. He graduated from Wuchang provincial high school in 1934, August 1939 He graduated from Department of Chemistry, Wuhan University, from February 1942 to July 1946, served as Associate Research Fellow of Chongqing Power Station of Resources Committee. From August 1946 to June 1947, he served as Deputy Engineer of Shanghai Central Chemical Plant, Resources Committee. From July 1947 to February 1949 in the United States General Dyeing Company, Atlas Powder company study, from 1949 to 1951
