目的观察珍珠粉、克霉唑混合药剂对真菌性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法 116例在神经内科住院出现真菌性口腔溃疡的患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各58例。对照组采用碘甘油治疗,治疗组采用珍珠粉、克霉唑混合药剂治疗。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论应用珍珠粉、克霉唑混合药剂治疗真菌性口腔溃疡疗效显著、疗程短,应用方便、安全。
Objective To observe the curative effect of pearl powder and clotrimazole on fungal oral ulcer. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with fungal oral ulcer admitted to Department of Neurology were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 58 cases each. The control group was treated with iodine glycerin. The treatment group was treated with pearl powder and clotrimazole mixed medicine. Results The treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of pearl powder and clotrimazole mixed fungicide oral ulcer treatment of significant effect, short course, convenient and safe.
