事业单位政工工作在企业发展中占据着重要的地位,具有引导群众思想意识、增强内部凝聚力的作用,是我国从国情出发而开展的一项工作。政工工作的开展必须坚持以人为本的原则,这是其工作性质决定的,也是事业单位的发展要求决定的。本文从实际情况出发,探讨了以人为本理念下事业单位政工工作的开展原则及相关措施,希望能够为我国事业单位的可持续发展提供一些参考。
Political work in public institutions occupies an important position in the development of enterprises. It has the role of guiding the masses in their ideology and enhancing their internal cohesion. It is a work carried out by our country on the basis of national conditions. The carrying out of the work of political work must adhere to the principle of putting people first. This is determined by the nature of its work and also determined by the requirements of its development.
