本文从历史和理论的角度,对社会主义公有制与商品经济的结合问题进行了考察。文章认为,公有制与商品经济相结合是一种历史的选择。二者结合的基本内涵,是商品经济要适应公有制的要求,公有制要适应商品经济发展的需要。公有制与商品经济结合的实践反映,是所有制改革与经济运行机制改革相结合。产权制度的变革或许可以成为所有制改革与经济运行机制改革的结合点。
This article examines the combination of socialist public ownership and commodity economy from the perspective of history and theory. The article holds that the combination of public ownership and commodity economy is a historical choice. The basic connotation of combining the two is that the commodity economy should meet the requirements of public ownership and the public ownership should meet the needs of the development of commodity economy. The practice of combining public ownership with commodity economy reflects the combination of ownership reform and the reform of economic operation mechanism. The reform of the property rights system may become a combination of ownership reform and economic reform mechanism.
