针对目前电梯检测过程中工作量大、测量不精确及测量时需携带大量测量仪器等问题,提出一种以嵌入式STM32F407ZE处理器为核心,基于Android 5.1操作系统的新型电梯综合检测仪,完成电梯速度、振动加速度、平衡系数及噪声的多项参数检测分析。阐述了系统的总体设计及测试功能在实际过程中的应用,试验结果表明该仪器实现了电梯运行性能的可视化测量与现场分析,提高了检验工作效率。
Aiming at the problems of large workload, inaccurate measurement and large amount of measuring instruments to be carried in the process of elevator testing, a new type of elevator integrated detector based on Android 5.1 operating system with embedded STM32F407ZE processor as the core is proposed to complete the elevator Speed, vibration acceleration, balance coefficient and noise of a number of parameter detection and analysis. The application of the system’s overall design and test function in the actual process is expounded. The test results show that the instrument can realize the visual measurement and on-site analysis of elevator operation performance and improve the inspection efficiency.
