采用有限元分析方法,对复杂工况下液压缸的耳环结构进行疲劳分析,找出失效原因,通过压力试验台仿真试验,验证有限元模型的准确性与可靠性,提出改进方案,对液压缸受力部位的结构进行改进,使其安全性与稳定性得到提升,从而提高液压缸的使用寿命。
The finite element analysis method is used to analyze the fatigue of hydraulic cylinder earrings under complex working conditions to find out the cause of failure. The accuracy and reliability of the finite element model are verified through the pressure test rig simulation.
