目的探讨综合护理在脑血管疾病患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月—2015年11月遂川县人民医院收治的脑血管疾病患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理,比较两组患者日常生活活动能力评定(Barthel指数)及情感状态抑郁评分表(GDS)评分。结果观察组患者Barthel指数及GDS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在脑血管疾病患者康复中的应用效果确切,可有效恢复患者脑侧支循环和大脑功能,利于消除患者不良情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A total of 200 patients with cerebrovascular disease who were treated in Suichuan County People’s Hospital from February 2014 to November 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. The patients in the control group were given routine care. The patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care based on the routine nursing care. The Barthel index and GDS scores of the two groups were compared. Results Barthel index and GDS score in observation group were higher than those in control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebrovascular diseases and can effectively recover the collateral circulation and brain function in patients with cerebral infarction. This will help to eliminate the bad emotions of patients.
