1997年全国沙棘开发企业联谊会年会于1997年4月26日～27日在浙江奉化溪口召开。水利部沙棘开发管理中心和全国沙棘开发企业的代表20多人参加了会议。会议由全国沙棘开发企业联谊会秘书处执行秘书、浙江杭通集团保健品公司副经理徐金英同志主待。在开幕式上.全国沙棘开发企业联谊会秘书处副秘书长卢健同志首先致词。全国沙棘开发企业联谊会理事长、浙江杭通集团董事长兼总经理庞青年同志代表联谊会作了题为“光明在前步履艰难”的工作报告。水利部沙棘开发管理中心主任孙振华同志代表水利部也发表了重要讲话。会议宣读并讨论了《中国沙棘开发总公司可行性运作细则(讨论稿)》和《全国沙棘产品实行认证制度的实施方案(讨论稿)》。各与会企业代表就产品开发、经营等方面的内容进行了广泛深入地讨论。会议朝气蓬勃.畅所欲言.与会者广泛交换了信息和经验.在一些方面达成了共识,取得了圆满成功。会议结束时,全国沙棘开发企业联谊会秘书长温中平同志作了简短的小结。 中国科学院成都生物研究所沙棘资源开发研究中心和《沙棘》杂志编辑部也派员列席了会议。
1997 Annual Meeting of the National Seabuckthorn Development Association was held in Xikou, Fenghua, Zhejiang from April 26 to April 27, 1997. More than 20 representatives of the seabuckthorn development and management center of the Ministry of Water Resources and the national seabuckthorn development enterprises attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Executive Secretary of the National Seabuckthorn Development Enterprise Fraternity Secretariat and Comrade Xu Jinying, Deputy Manager of Zhejiang Hangtong Group Health Products Company. At the opening ceremony, Comrade Lugun, deputy secretary general of the Seabuckthorn Development Enterprise Association Secretariat, made a speech first. National Seabuckthorn Development Association, chairman of Zhejiang Hang Tong Group Chairman and General Manager Pang young comrade on behalf of the fraternity made a presentation entitled “Bright walked in the past difficult” work report. Sun Zhenhua, director of the Seabuckthorn Development and Management Center of the Ministry of Water Resources, also delivered an important speech on behalf of the Ministry of Water Resources. The meeting read and discussed “China Seabuckthorn Development Corporation Feasibility Operation Rules (Discussion Paper)” and “National Seabuckthorn Products Implementation Certification Scheme (Discussion Paper).” Representatives of all participating enterprises conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on product development and operation. The conference was full of vigor and vitality, and its participants extensively exchanged information and experience, reached consensus on some aspects and achieved complete success. At the end of the meeting, Comrade Wen Zhongping, secretary-general of Seabuckthorn Development Enterprises Association made a brief summary. Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Biology, Seabuckthorn Resources Research and Development Center and “Seabuckthorn” magazine editorial also sent staff to attend the meeting.
