目的:探讨人血脂联素(adiponectin,APN)基因单核苷酸多态性与中国南京地区人群高血压脑出血(hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,HICH)的相关性。方法:利用SNa Pshot法检测APN中rs2241766、rs1501299、rs17300539和rs266729的基因型及等位基因在150例HICH患者及150例正常健康人中的分布特征。结果:1rs266729位点的GG基因型和G等位基因在病例组和对照组的分布频率具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);2rs266729位点的GG基因型的HICH病危险度是CC基因型的2.623倍(95%CI:1.282~5.366;P=0.008),校正后仍为HICH的危险因素;3rs2241766、rs1501299、rs17300539位点与HICH的发病风险均没有关联。结论:ADIPOQ基因的rs266729基因多态性与南京地区汉族人群HICH的易感性相关;rs266729位点的GG基因型和G等位基因可能增加南京地区汉族人群HICH的发病风险。
Objective: To investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms of adiponectin (APN) gene and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) in Nanjing, China. Methods: The distribution of rs2241766, rs1501299, rs17300539 and rs266729 genotypes and alleles in 150 HICH patients and 150 healthy controls were detected by SNa Pshot method. Results: The distribution frequencies of GG genotype and G allele at 1 rs266729 were significantly different between cases and controls (P <0.05). The genotype of GG at 2 rs266729 was associated with CC genotype (95% CI: 1.282-5.366; P = 0.008), which was still a HICH risk factor after correction. There was no association between 3rs2241766, rs1501299 and rs17300539 sites and the risk of HICH. Conclusion: The rs266729 gene polymorphism of ADIPOQ gene is associated with susceptibility to HICH in Nanjing Han population. The GG genotype and G allele of rs266729 may increase the risk of HICH in Han population in Nanjing.
