设计了一套完整的大坝建筑设备防碰撞系统.该防碰撞系统利用全球定位系统、旋转编码器、高速数据采集卡等收集数据,然后将数据传送到控制中心,控制中心利用CVI编程平台采用合理的防碰撞算法模型来处理数据,还原成为一个真实的施工现场的模型.该系统监控各个施工设备的位置信息以及各设备当前所处的运动状况,并利用相应的算法分析各个设备间发生干涉的可能,并将计算结果反馈给工作人员,进而避免碰撞的发生,节省了劳力,提高了设备的工作效率.
