近期,上海市出台《关于推进供给侧结构性改革促进工业稳增长调结构促转型的实施意见》(以下简称《意见》),这标志着上海后工业时代发展拉开大幕。按照规划,经过五年初步发展,上海工业供给侧结构性改革取得实质性成效,工业规模和比重保持合理区间。工业筑底企稳格局尽快形成,2020年,制造业增加值占全市生产总值比重力争保持在25%左右,战略性新兴产业增加值占全市生产总值比重达到20%左右。
Recently, Shanghai Municipality promulgated the “Opinions on Implementation of Structure-based Structural Reform to Promote Industrial Steady Growth and Structural Adjustment and Transformation to Promote Transformation” (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”), marking the start of the post-industrial development in Shanghai. According to the plan, after five years of initial development, the structural reform of Shanghai’s industrial supply side has achieved substantive results, and the industrial scale and proportion have maintained a reasonable range. Industrial bottoming will stabilize the situation as soon as possible. By 2020, the added value of manufacturing industry will strive to keep the proportion of total GDP of the city at around 25%. The added value of strategic emerging industries will account for about 20% of the city’s total output value.
