随着我国人口数量不断增多,人民生活水平的不断提高,房地产行业的规模不断扩张,房地产的快速发展离不开资金的支持,目前推动着我国房地产发展的资金主要来源是银行贷款为主,房地产资金来源单一。由于房地产公司的快速发展基本依靠贷款,一旦市场发生了波动,金融风险都由银行承担,增加了房地产投资的风险。因此本文对当前可能导致房地产发生经济波动的原因进行分析,如何避免金融风险提出对策,帮助从事房地产行业的工业人员找到发展的方向。
