1月17日,庆祝国家宗教事务局成立60周年大会隆重召开。会场灯光璀璨,气氛庄重热烈。国家宗教局离退休老领导、老同志,全体干部职工,各全国性宗教团体及中华基督教青年会、女青年会负责人等共300余人参加大会。王作安局长在会上作了重要讲话。他回顾了新中国宗教工作的光荣历程,总结了60年宗教工作形成的优良传统——实事求是的态度、服务大局的意识、以人为本的理念、与时俱进的品格和甘于奉献的精神,为做好新形势下的宗教工作、续写宗教工作的光荣篇章指明了方向。
