值此纪念《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》实施十周年座谈会召开之际,谨向会议表示热烈祝贺。 残疾人保障法的颁布实施,为维护残疾人合法权益,发展残疾人事业,提供了重要的法律保障,标志着我国残疾人事业进入了一个新的发展阶段。 十年来,我国贯彻执行残疾人保障法,广大残疾人状况明显改善,合法权益得到维护;和谐友爱、团结互助的良好社会风尚进一步形成,人道主义得到弘扬,社会公众对残疾人的认识发生深刻变化。
On the occasion of the symposium commemorating the 10th anniversary of the implementation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons,” I hereby warmly congratulate the meeting. The promulgation and implementation of the Law on the Protection of the Disabled provide important legal guarantees for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the disabled and developing the cause of the disabled, marking a new stage of development for the disabled in our country. In the past 10 years, our country has implemented the Law on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities, the situation of the majority of the disabled has been significantly improved and the legitimate rights and interests have been maintained. A good social fashion of harmony and fraternity, solidarity and mutual assistance has taken shape. Humanism has been promoted and great changes have taken place in the public awareness of the disabled. .
