日前,微博上一则关于“普华永道25岁女硕士过劳死”的帖子,短时间内被大量转载。虽然普华永道员工病逝事件是否“过劳死”尚无定论,但此事显然再次触发了公众对“被加班”的群体感触。一项由新民晚报与智联招聘联合发起的白领加班调查显示,93.24%的上海白领加过班;除节假日外,工作日的晚上加班是家常便饭,69.6%的白领有过这种经历;35.1%的受访白领每周累计加班超过10小时,也就是说,平均每个工作日的加班时间在2小时以上。
