文章从档案馆的公共服务能力概念入手,通过对档案馆提高自身服务能力的必然性分析,探索档案馆提高其公共服务能力方式方法,以期满足人民群众日益增长的档案信息资源的需求。
This article begins with the concept of public service ability of archives. Through analyzing the inevitability of archives to improve their own service ability, this paper explores the ways and means of archives to improve their public service ability so as to meet the needs of the growing masses of archives information resources.
