动脉粥样硬化是连续性非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)及肾移植病人的主要死亡原因之一,血栓的形成在动脉粥样硬化的发生过程中起重要作用。血栓烷素(A_2(TXA_2),前列腺素(PGI_2)是体内调节血小板、血管功能的重要物质,CAPD与肾移植病人存在着不同程度的TXA_2,PGI_2比例失调。我们对上述两类患者血浆TXA_2,PGI_2的代谢产物血栓烷素B_2(TXB_2),6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-Keto-PGF_(1α))含量变化及临床意义作一分析。 一、材料和方法 1.研究对象:30例健康人作对照,年龄23~60岁,男20例,女10例。CAPD组22例,原发病为慢性肾盂肾炎、狼疮性肾炎各1例,余为慢性肾炎,男15例,女7例,年龄26~74岁,透析时间3月~17年。肾移植组32例,男23例,女9例,年龄17~55岁,移植时间2月~58月,移植肾功能正常,无糖代谢异常,均服环孢素A(CsA)、强的松,其中14例还服硫唑嘌呤。 2.测定方法:实验者在采血前两周无服用影响前
Atherosclerosis is one of the major causes of death in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) and renal allograft. Thrombus formation plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis. TXA_2 and PGI_2 are important substances in regulating platelet and vascular function in vivo.Different degrees of TXA_2 and PGI_2 exist in patients with CAPD and renal allograft.The imbalance between TXA_2, PGI_2 metabolites TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α)) content and clinical significance of an analysis of changes.Materials and Methods1.Study object : 30 healthy people as control, aged 23 to 60 years old, 20 males and 10 females.CAPD group 22 cases, the primary disease was chronic pyelonephritis, lupus nephritis in 1 case, the remaining chronic nephritis, 15 males , 7 females, aged 26 to 74 years old, dialysis time of 3 months to 17 years.The renal transplantation group of 32 patients, 23 males and 9 females, aged 17 to 55 years, transplantation time from February to 58 months, renal transplant function Normal, no glucose metabolism, were served cyclosporin A (CsA), prednisone, of which 14 were taken azathioprine .2 determination method: the experimenter two weeks before taking blood without taking effect
