在大力推广机夹不重磨车刀过程中,有些工人师傅提出不会计算角度,即如何根据需要的切削角度算出刀片应有的安装角。通常的计算方法是比较繁琐的,这里介绍一种比较简单而又实用的方法——图解法求刀具各截面前角。[图解法原理]在刀具上,任取一与基面相垂直的截平面,如图1所示(现取主截面视图)。设刀尖O至刀杆底平面的距离为T,在△OMB中,∠OBM等于前角γ,且有如下关系:
