农机化经济合同是法人双方在自愿的基础上,为实现一定的经济目的,明确双方权利和义务关系的-一种协议或者说是契约。农业机械化经济合同具有普遍性和群众性,一经签订,并经过司法公证部门的有效公证,即具有和生成了法律性质,产生了法律约束力,任何一方不得擅自变更或者是解除所订立的合同。农机经济合同是随着社会主义市场经济的发展和农机现代化的进步而出现的,随着市场经济的发展而不断丰富和完善的,它的主要作用是通过农机经济合同,把生产、销售、供应和劳务等业务连接起来,维护经济关系,促进社会主义市场经济的发展;保护好广大人民群众的合法权益,维护和巩固社会主义经济秩序,促进农业生产发展,提高农机现代化管理水平。
Agricultural economic contract is a legal agreement between the two parties on a voluntary basis, for certain economic purposes, a clear understanding of the rights and obligations of both parties - an agreement or contract.
