伴随着高职教育改革与发展的不断深入,以校、院分级管理为中心的管理体制已成为当前高职院校内部管理体制改革的一个热点。但目前众多高校尚未健全学校、二级学院分级学生资助管理体系,影响了资助工作开展的时效性。如何健全和开展校院分级管理体制下学生资助工作也逐渐成为一个比较突出的问题。本文就当前高职院校学生资助分级管理体系存在的问题进行分析,探究构建我国高职院校分级管理体系的具体对策。
With the deepening of the reform and development of higher vocational education, the management system centering on the management at different levels of colleges and institutes has become a hot spot in the reform of the internal management system of higher vocational colleges. However, at present, many colleges and universities have not yet perfected the schools, and the graded student financial aid management system of the second-level colleges has affected the timeliness of the subsidy work. How to perfect and carry out student grants under the graduated school management system has also gradually become a prominent problem. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the grading management system of student subsidy in higher vocational colleges, and probes into the specific countermeasures to establish the grading management system in our higher vocational colleges.
