高等职业教育,课程设置应该从相应的职业岗位(群)或者相应的技术领域的要求出发,按照这类人员应具备的理论知识、实践技术、专门技能和全面素质来设计。这种课程设置和教学过程的实现,关键在于教师。职业教育的探索实践表明,高等职业教育当中师资队伍的建设必须走培养“双师型”教师的路子。亦即要求专业课教师既要具备扎实的理论基础知识和较高的教学水平(具备教师的基本素质),还要有丰富的实际工作经验,即“双师”素质。
Higher vocational education and curricula should be designed according to the requirements of corresponding occupational positions (groups) or corresponding technical fields and in accordance with the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, specialized skills and comprehensive qualities that such personnel should possess. The key to the realization of this curriculum and teaching process lies in the teachers. The exploration and practice of vocational education shows that the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational education must take the path of training “double-qualified” teachers. In other words, it is required that teachers in specialized courses should have a solid theoretical foundation and a high teaching level (with the basic qualifications of teachers), as well as rich practical work experience, namely, “double-teacher” qualifications.
