大地震给电力网造成的破坏是十分严重的,大面积长时间的停电不仅给国民经济造成巨大损失,而且将直接影响到抗震救灾工作及恢复生产。我国地震区域分布较为广泛,震源浅,烈度高,60年代的邢台地震;70年代的营口海城地震;1976年唐山大地震以及最近发生的云南昭通地区地震也都给电气设备造成了严重的损坏,本文借鉴事故教训,对国内外电网中采取的一些防震措施予以综述,以供参考。
The damage caused by the earthquake to the power grid is very serious. Large-scale long-term power outages not only cause huge losses to the national economy, but also directly affect earthquake relief work and resume production. The distribution of earthquake area in our country is relatively wide with shallow source and high intensity. The Xingtai earthquake in the 1960s, the Yingkou Haicheng earthquake in the 1970s, the 1976 Tangshan earthquake and the recent earthquake in Zhaotong, Yunnan also caused serious damage to electrical equipment This article draws lessons from the accident and summarizes some anti-vibration measures adopted in domestic and international power grids for reference.
