目的:探讨调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)表达白细胞介素17(IL-17)的特征及临床意义。方法:纳入对屋尘螨过敏的哮喘患者27例作为研究对象,健康志愿者25名作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测外周血IL-17+Treg/Treg的百分比,及其与第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)。结果:间歇-轻度哮喘组(n=16)、中重度哮喘组(n=11)、正常对照组(n=25)IL-17+Treg/Treg百分比分别为(7.51±2.90)%、(19.13±9.80)%、(45.30±2.23)%,间歇-轻度哮喘组与正常对照组无统计学差异(P=0.054),中重度哮喘组与正常对照组及间歇-轻度哮喘组之间有明显统计学差异(分别P<0.001、P<0.01)。IL-17+Treg/Treg百分比与FEV1%呈显著负相关(r=-0.465,P<0.01)。结论:过敏性哮喘患者外周血中Treg细胞可分泌IL-17,IL-17+Treg细胞可能为Treg细胞向Th17细胞转化的中间态,IL-17+Treg细胞可能在炎症反应过程中起到重要作用,从而影响了哮喘患者的病情。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of interleukin 17 (IL-17) expression in regulatory T cells (Tregs). Methods: Twenty-seven asthmatic patients allergic to house dust mite were enrolled in the study, and 25 healthy volunteers served as control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of IL-17 + Treg / Treg in the peripheral blood and its ratio to predicted forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1%). Results: The percentage of IL-17 + Treg / Treg in the group of intermittent-mild asthma (n = 16), moderate-severe asthma group (n = 11) and normal control group (n = 25) were 7.51 ± 2.90% 19.13 ± 9.80)% and (45.30 ± 2.23)%, respectively. There was no significant difference between intermittent-mild asthma group and normal control group (P = 0.054), between moderate-severe asthma group and normal control group and intermittent-mild asthma group There was a statistically significant difference (P <0.001, P <0.01, respectively). There was a significant negative correlation between the percentage of IL-17 + Treg / Treg and FEV1% (r = -0.465, P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Treg cells secreting IL-17 and IL-17 + Treg cells in the peripheral blood of patients with allergic asthma may be intermediate states for transforming Treg cells to Th17 cells, and IL-17 + Treg cells may play an important role in the inflammatory response Role, thus affecting the patient’s condition of asthma.
